embarke
audit-grade research synthesis

Evidence syntheses
your auditor will accept.

PRISMA 2020 outputs. GRADE evidence ratings. Retraction-aware citations. A signed reproducibility receipt with every report. Built for medical writers, regulatory teams, and HTA professionals — not consumer search.

What “audit-grade” actually means

Four things every Embarke synthesis includes by default. Not premium features — the floor.

PRISMA 2020 native

Every synthesis produces a PRISMA-compliant section structure with an auto-generated flow diagram. The Critic enforces methodology completeness so the draft is review-ready, not just readable.

GRADE evidence ratings

Every finding carries a GRADE quality rating from the Calibrator across the five published domains (risk of bias, inconsistency, indirectness, imprecision, publication bias). No black-box confidence scores.

Retraction-aware citations

Crossref + Retraction Watch enrichment on every DOI. Cited papers flagged retracted or expression-of-concern carry visible badges in the report and a critical Critic issue blocking approval.

Reproducibility ZIP

Every report ships with a SHA-256-signed package: the prompt hashes, model identifiers, source lists with timestamps, retrieval parameters. Drop it into your regulatory binder.

The methodology page is the marketing page.

The audit-grade audience reads methods sections. We wrote ours.

Read the methodology
  • Risk-of-bias tools: RoB 2 (RCTs), ROBINS-I (observational), AMSTAR 2 (systematic reviews), QUADAS-2 (diagnostic accuracy)
  • Study-type-aware Critic: detects RCT / observational / diagnostic / prognostic / systematic-review and checks the matching reporting standard (CONSORT, STROBE, STARD, TRIPOD+AI, PRISMA)
  • Source-tier classification (A–F) with framework-declared minimums — PRISMA 2020 enforces peer-reviewed / preprint / regulatory only
  • Living synthesis: schedule re-runs on a saved project, see citation deltas + retraction-status changes
  • PROSPERO pre-check banner on every PRISMA-aligned project

We are not Elicit.

Elicit and Consensus are good consumer-search products. Rayyan and Covidence are good systematic-review workflow tools. Embarke is the only one that produces PRISMA 2020 outputs with GRADE ratings and a signed reproducibility package end-to-end.
